As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments & Treasury, you will own the product marketing strategy, messaging, and go to market execution for a critical segment of Chainlink's offerings. You will drive understanding and adoption of our solutions that facilitate the digital transformation of payments and treasury functions within enterprises and institutions. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to exceptional talent from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive go to market (GTM) strategies for Chainlink's Payments & Treasury solutions, driving market adoption and revenue growth.
Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition for various target audiences, including financial institutions, enterprises, and developers.
Create high impact marketing content, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, blog posts, and sales enablement materials.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, business development, and communications teams to ensure alignment on product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Lead and support speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events to represent Chainlink's expertise in payments and treasury.
Serve as a subject matter expert for payments and treasury use cases within the Chainlink ecosystem.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on payments, treasury, fintech, or blockchain technologies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go to market strategies for complex technical products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating intricate technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive marketing messages.
Strong understanding of the payments landscape, treasury management, and institutional finance workflows.
Experience working with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), or enterprise blockchain solutions is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
