Overview

As our new Account Director, you sit at the intersection of client satisfaction and business growth. You will take ownership of major enterprise accounts, mentor our delivery professionals, and ensure smooth operations across the board. Because we work extensively with a diverse deployed workforce, you will also apply your knowledge of employment immigration processes to support both our clients and our talent successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the expansion, retention, and overall health of major enterprise-level accounts within the IT staffing and tech services sectors.
Lead, mentor, and inspire delivery and account management teams to crush their goals in a fast paced atmosphere.
Partner directly with executive stakeholders to align our staffing solutions with their long term business objectives.
Apply practical knowledge of U.S. employment immigration to advise clients and support our deployed workforce seamlessly.
Identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities within existing accounts through strategic relationship building.

Requirements

Four or more years of solid experience in senior account management, client strategy, or key account roles within recruitment, IT staffing, or professional services.
A proven track record of successfully managing and expanding enterprise client accounts in the technology sector.
Demonstrated leadership skills with hands-on experience guiding and motivating remote teams.
Practical familiarity with U.S. employment immigration processes and compliance.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
